Led by our principals, Fiona and Shane Coppin, we work with organisations right across Australia and beyond. Two complementary perspectives, with a hands-on approach.
Fiona Coppin

Fiona has led Paddle Queensland and Bowls Australia’s national diversity and inclusion program, and brokered partnerships that brought national and international sporting events to regional Australia. A connector by nature, with more than ten years running her own boutique, she works with organisations, councils and communities on people, partnerships, inclusion and growth.
Shane Coppin

Shane co-led the unification of 18 national and state cycling bodies into AusCycling, and has led Mountain Bike Australia, BMX Australia and PMSA, a group of four historic independent schools. A builder by nature, with more than a decade running construction businesses, he works with boards and leaders on strategy, governance, structure and change.
